Upon confirmation, no change in minimum guaranteed pax and set up details is allowed.
However, we allow you to increase no. of pax but it has to be informed 3 working days in advance of event date, subject to availability of ingredients.

Provision of required food warmer, combro, tong, ladle, food tag, etc.
Display of fresh floral centre piece, food tags and halal certificate.

Terms Of Order
Payments
^Order of $1000 and above will require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total value.
^The total /balance amount due shall be paid on presentation of the invoice upon delivery of food, unless stated otherwise in our quotation.
For cheque payment, please make crossed cheque payable to Q'zin Food and Management Pte Ltd.
All catering orders that deliver to Non-Permanent address (Eg:chalet, resort, club, pub & etc.) would be required to make pre-payment via AMEX or Direct Transfer.
^Applicable to 'Cash/Cheque upon delivery' Payment Term only.
Changes To Order

All requests have to be faxed or emailed and a $30 administrative fee will be charged for changes made.
40% of the total order amount will be charged for any postponement that requires re-ordering of food stock.

Cancellation
In event of cancellation, cancellation charges will be imposed.
Cancellation charges as follows:
5 days prior to event - 30%
4 days prior to event - 40%
3 days prior to event - 50%
48 hours and less prior to event - 90%
Others
Q'zin shall not be liable for any damage caused during and at the function.
Order is deemed as confirmed upon booking by phone, via email or fax.
Menu items are subject to availability. Q ’zin reserves the rights to replace any item/s with other item/s of equivalent value with or without prior notice.
The Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the utensils and equipments provided for the buffet order. Q ’zin reserves the right to charge or bill the Customer for any accidental burnt, damaged, lost and missing equipment accordingly.
Safety & Quality
Food (with warmer) is best consumed within 3 hours from eating time.
Food (without warmer) is best consumed within 1 hour from eating time.
Food beyond the best consumed time frame is strongly recommended to be disposed & not to be packed away.
Customers considering tea reception menu for lunch/dinner to note that such menu consists of light finger food and will not be substantial for lunch/dinner.
Please refrain from handling or touching the lighted fuel wax under the warmers.
Spillage of the highly flammable fluid will cause physical harm to yourself and to your property. We strongly recommend you to leave the lighted fuel wax to burn out by itself (Maximum 2 - 3 hours).
