Customers are deemed to have read and fully understood the Terms of Order tabulated as follows when placing the order.

1. ^*A 50% confirmation deposit of total invoice value is required for all orders above $1000; and for all orders during festive seasons.
2. ^The total / balance amount due shall be paid upon the presentation of the invoice upon delivery of food.
3. Payment by cheque shall be crossed and made payable to Q'zin Food and Management Pte Ltd.
4. A charge of 40% of the total order amount will be imposed for any cancellation 4 working days from event date.
5. A charge of 100% of the total amount due will be imposed for any cancellation within 4 working days from the event date.
6. 40% of the total order amount will be charged for any postponement that requires re-ordering food stock.
7. No change of food item and order quanitity within 4 working days from the event date.
8. Q'zin shall not be liable for any damage caused during and at the function.
9. Q'zin reserves the right to claim for compensation for any damage or loss of our equipments.
10. Order is deemed as confirmed upon booking by via email or fax.
11. An administration charge of $30 will be imposed on any late changes made within 2 working days from the date of event.
* Confirmation deposit is non-refundable.
^ Not applicable for customers with GIRO/GeBIZ/credit Term payment arrangement.
12. Duration of event shall be 3 hours only from set up ready.
13.In view of NEA regulations on food safety and hygiene; pack away box will no longer be provided with effect from 15th Feb 2012.
