Terms and Conditions of Order
Menu Availability

  • X'mas & December Special Menus are available from 9th Dec 2011 to 2nd Jan 2012
  • 22nd to 26th Dec : Strictly only serving X'mas menus


Buffet Package Includes
  • Complete buffet setup with table, table cover and skirting.
  • Provision of required food warmers, combros, tongs, ladles, food tags, etc.
  • Display of fresh floral centrepiece, food tag, halal certificate and X'mas decorations
  • Provision of required disposable wares, trash bags, serviettes, packed away boxes, etc.

Mini Party Set Includes
  • Provision of disposable utensils, tablecloth, serviettes, & applicable condiments.
  • Food will be packed in mircrovable disposable boxes.

Duration
  • Three (3) hours maximum per order/event.

Transport Charge
  • Buffet : $50 + 7% GST (except Sentosa and Jurong Island)
  • Buffet : $60 + 7% GST for CBD areas on 22nd to 24th Dec and 30th to 31st Dec
  • Waived for order of 100 pax and above
  • Mini Party Set : $35 +7% GST (except Sentosa and Jurong Island)
  • Actual delivery time may vary 30 mins before or after the indicated event time due to the peak season

Late Collection Surcharge
  • Collection Surcharge from 10.00 pm - $30.00
  • Collection Surcharge from 11.30 pm - $150.00
  • Collection Surcharge from 12 midnight - $200.00

Service Staff & Chef Booking
  • Service staff @ $100 each (3 hours duration)
  • Incremental charge for service staff @ $25 per hour
  • Chef @ $150 each (3 hours duration)
  • Incremental charge for chef @ $30 per hour

Event Set-Up
  • Events on 16th to 25th Dec require pre-setup of at least 1 day before.

Payment Terms
  • Orders for 9th Dec to 2nd Jan are deemed confirmed only on receipt of non-refundable deposit:
    [1] $100 for xmas mini-party set
    [2] 50% for all other buffet orders
  • Balance payment upon food delivery. Payment by credit card (AMEX only) must be made 3 working days in advance of event date.
  • For cheque payment, please make crossed cheque payable to Q'zin Food & Management Pte Ltd

Others
  • Prevailing GST is chargeable on total invoice amount.
  • All orders regardless of menu types are subject to the above terms of order.
  • Q'zin shall not be liable for any damage caused during and at the function.
  • Q'zin reserves the right to change the dish to another with equivalent value, with or without prior notice due to seasonal non-availability

Cancellation or Postponement Charge
  • 70% of the total order amount for order cancellation/postponement notice
    received 10 or less working days before event date.
  • 100% of the total order amount for order cancellation/postponement notice
    received 5 or less working days before event date.
